Well.
That was a lot of food.
Have a nice break?
I thought I’d have something ace to blog about, but no. I’ve managed to do not one thing.
Was thinking about 2011, what stuff I got done, and didn’t, and all that.
For approximately one hour in September I decided that I was going to be an extreme couponer. But then I couldn’t figure out how to use the app that I downloaded–the one that was going to do the extreme couponing for me, so I decided not to do it. Actually, I don’t remember making a conscious decision to not do couponing; I think I just went to start some laundry or something and forgot all about it until now. But I still don’t want to do it.
In November, for approximately three days, I decided that we as a family should grow Christmas trees, like, for profit someday. I think it all started when I had some evergreen-scented oil warming and I decided I would like to live amongst that scent continually. Look, there’s the book still on my nightstand.
Oh and the marathon one.
I really wanted to stay on the 16-week schedule so that I can run the race in Nashville in April, but I can’t seem to stay on schedule.
Imagine that.
I have been running a lot. Just…not…on…the schedule. And, unfortunately, running over twenty miles at a time isn’t something I can just do on a whim. But that is ok. The MCM looks funner anyway.
My son inherited his great-grandfather’s lathe, hence the turning book. Hence the very fine wood dust everywhere.
I want to watch this movie, but I need to read the play first, hence Coriolanus.
It looks like I’m into Robot Wars, huh? I told my son I’d read them, so I guess I really need to get into Robot Wars.
I’m going to go paint my office now. Another thing I started last year. And then maybe start a monkey-themed quilt. Primate.
And then run, not on schedule.
Hope to post more Soul Money this week.
Bye.

At least you ARE running…who cares if it’s scheduled or not? ;0)
